Duration of 60 days in refrigeration.

Elaboration
process Peeling with thermo physical system, subsequent aggressive brushing, sanding and cutting. Minimal continuous application of sanitizer and partial removal of moisture. Vacuum packaging in coextruded thermolaminated container, providing an ideal storage for the pasteurization process for 60 to 90 minutes at 103°C.
